From year to year, more and more theatergoers are enthralled by the performances of the open-air stage in Low German in front of historic half-timbered buildings in Wagenfeld - "Wie kummt dat bloß?A small wooded area and a pond form the romantic ambience of the cultural venue alongside the historic buildings. Those who are not so proficient in Low German will still enjoy themselves: Many humorous and witty scenes arise from the impressively acted overall context. "In the old days there was still a lot going on!" The actors are the amateur actors of the Wagenfeld local history association with special and authentic talents under professional direction. "Can you sit and look good there?" A slight slope in the terrain as well as professional lighting and amplification technology ensure optimal visibility and acoustic perceptibility in all seats. The site can accommodate 800 visitors and is equipped with 700 seats. An accompanying program offers musical and dance traditions. During the intermission, before and after the performance, you can enjoy bratwurst, drinks, ice cream and other small snacks at moderate prices. "Eten und Drinken holt Liew und Seele to hope!"
