The NIZ - Haus im Moor
The KinderFerienLand certified Haus im Moor forms the centre on the grounds located directly on the Goldenstedt Moor. Here, visitors can learn interesting facts about the moor, browse through specialist literature in a library and experience a virtual tour of the moor. The offer is rounded off by changing exhibitions.
Either indoors or on the outdoor terrace, visitors can enjoy specialities typical of the moor, such as buckwheat pancakes.

Moortunnel
In the moor tunnel, you can gain insights into special topics, such as working in the moor or the moor.

Moor Railway
Because the site borders directly on the Goldenstedt Moor, you can take a one-and-a-half-hour tour on a moor railway directly through the moor. The train passes, among other things, already renaturalised peat cutting areas and hand peat pits.

Moor experience trail
In addition to these facilities, a moor experience trail has been set up on the site. The path, which is just under 1km long and adjoins the former boardwalk, is richly equipped with information boards and interactive elements along the way and invites visitors to take a walk in enchanting surroundings.
